How to Quantum Leap (Without Complicating the Sh*t Out of It)
Quantum leaping doesn’t have to be complicated. Stop waiting, start imagining, and act like the next-level you now. This fun (and sweary) guide breaks it down simple AF with wisdom from Carl Jung, Einstein, and more.

Ever notice how the world makes transformation sound like you need a f*cking PhD in quantum physics?
Newsflash: you don’t. You don’t need to sit in a cave for 40 days, you don’t need to chant in Sanskrit (unless you vibe with it), and you sure as hell don’t need to burn yourself out to “get there.”
Quantum leaping isn’t about complicated formulas—it’s about collapsing time between who you are now and who you know you’re meant to be. And honestly? It’s a whole lot simpler than people make it.
Okay babe, let’s strip this down and make it stupid simple:
Step 1: Stop Overthinking the Leap.
Carl Jung once said, “Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” Translation? Stop stalking other people’s Instagram highlight reels for inspiration and look inside your own damn self. The leap starts with you seeing your own vision clearly—not theirs.
Step 2: Get Rid of the Bullsh*t Rules.
Albert Einstein (aka the OG rebel genius) said, “Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” Quit trying to “logic” your way into your next-level life. Imagination is your f*cking rocket fuel. Daydream. Get delusional. Pretend you’re already there.
If you’re ready to stop waiting and start leaping, then you need to get your ass inside The STARDUST Container.
It’s where the real magic happens—mindset, manifestation, masterclasses, all that good juicy f*cking gold that will collapse time for you.
Step 3: Act Like You’re Already the Betch Who Made It.
Neville Goddard taught this best: live in the end. If you were already the confident, successful, lit-up version of yourself, how would you walk into the room? How would you talk to people? How would you treat money, love, your body? Do that now. Like… literally now.
Step 4: Shake Off the Fear.
Joseph Campbell said, “The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.” So stop avoiding the thing that scares you most (posting that offer, quitting that job, booking that flight, asking for what you want). Your leap is waiting on the other side of that cave. Spoiler: it’s not even that scary once you’re in.
“I really think a champion is defined not by their wins but by how they can recover when they fall.”
Movement & Mindfulness are among the best ways to shake off fear. Shake it off with community within The STARDUST Container.
“When I dare to be powerful – to use my strength in the service of my vision – then it becomes less and less important whether I am afraid.”
Step 5: Trust That It’s Already Done.
You don’t “try” to quantum leap—you decide. You pick it. You live like it’s locked in. Call it God, the Universe, Source, your Higher Self—whatever—but trust that it’s f*cking handled.
The STARDUST Container is where your nervous system feels nourished and your brain feels rewarded.
“Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life.”
Real Talk: Why Most People Don’t Leap
Because they get stuck in waiting mode. Waiting to feel ready. Waiting for proof. Waiting for permission. Babe, permission slips are for third grade. Burn that sh*t.
🔥 Ready to stop thinking about your next level and actually f*cking LIVE it?

5 Times Art Saved My Fucking Life (and Why It Continues To Do So) 🎨
Art has always been my sanctuary—the one place that never asked me to shrink, hide, or explain myself. From the chaos of childhood to the wild freedom of adulthood, these are the five times art quite literally saved my life.

They say art imitates life—but for me, art fucking saved it. Like a cosmic paintbrush dipped in magic and rebellion, art has been my therapist, my best friend, and sometimes my only safe space.
So yeah… this one’s for the messy creators, the quiet feelers, and the ones who turned pain into something fucking beautiful.

1. Art Was My Calm in the Chaos
When I was little and my parents were at each other’s throats, art was my sanctuary. While dishes clanged and voices rose, I’d retreat into my world of colour and pencil crayons. It was the only place I could breathe. The only place untouched by adult rage, confusion, and all those unspoken fears. My art table was my altar. My escape. My safe little rebellion.
“The Elegant Cat”, Marker on 24lb Printer Paper, 8.5x11 by Sunny Voitsekhovsky
2. Art Never Judged or Bullied Me
School was brutal. The world didn’t know what to do with my weirdness, my big feelings, my ADHD brain that wandered off mid-sentence. But art? Art welcomed me home. It never rolled its eyes or called me “too much.” It handed me a paintbrush and said, “Go on, love—show them who the fuck you are.” In those moments, surrounded by colour and possibility, I felt whole.
I had the pleasure of being invited to the outdoor Artisan Market hosted by Nightmare Oasis, an art gallery and art community hub in Nanaimo, BC, where I displayed my art pieces, prints and stickers, offering a variety of colourful and whimsical works.

“Super Marilyn”, Digital Art created using a combination of Procreate, Illustrator and Photoshop, 8.5x11 by Sunny Voitsekhovsky
3. Art Let Me Feel What I Couldn’t Say
I grew up in an emotionally unavailable, unregulated home. Feelings were inconvenient, too loud, too messy. So, I stuffed them down until they started leaking out sideways. Art was the first place I could safely feel. Before therapy. Before self-help books. Before I even knew what the word “trauma” meant. Each brushstroke was a scream I never got to yell. Each sketch, a story I couldn’t tell out loud. Each scribble, a release of energy (rage, anger, resentment, guilt, fear, self-doubt… you name it).
“Yellow Snakes In Different Shapes”, Digital Art created using Procreate, 18×24 by Sunny Voitsekhovsky
Snakes are the epitome of Transformation. Throughout various cultures, snakes and snake imagery have symbolized transformation, rejuvenation, death and rebirth.

4. Art Gave Me Purpose
Spoiler alert: it still does.
When everything else has burned down, art is what rises from the ashes. It’s the thing that keeps me curious, grounded, and alive. It’s not just a hobby—it’s the heartbeat of my existence.
“Business Blessing”, Acrylic on Canvas, approx. 5×7 by Sunny Voitsekhovsky, Original not for sale.
5. Art Gave Me Freedom 🪄
Art, in any form, is freedom. Freedom to be, to feel, to expand beyond the edges of what’s expected. It’s the bridge between my inner child and my higher self. It’s how I meet myself again and again in deeper, more magical ways. Every line, every colour, every strange little creation—it’s all me saying, “I’m still here. I’m still choosing life.”
♡♡♡
Summary:
Art isn’t just about pretty things. It’s about survival and thrival. It’s the language of the soul when words just don’t fucking cut it. It’s the reason I made it through the storm and the reason I keep creating now. So if you’ve ever been told you’re too much, too sensitive, too dramatic—pick up the brush anyway. You might just find yourself again in the colours.

Halloween is my absolute favourite holiday – inviting in the weird, the mystical, the misfit and the MAGIC ✨
The costumes, the candles, the chaos! The chance to be unapologetically weird and creative? Yes please. Every October, I can feel my inner witch cackling with joy. It’s the one time of year the world actually celebrates shadow work and self-expression instead of labelling it “too much.”
But here’s the thing: Halloween doesn’t just have to be about sugar highs and spooky vibes. It can also be a sacred invitation to regulate your nervous system, express your emotions, and give your ADHD brain the happy chemicals it craves (hi dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin 💋).
So light your black candle, turn up the lo-fi haunted beats, and let’s get messy, witchy, and creative. Here are 10 easy, spooky art therapy creations that’ll calm your mind, heal your nervous system, and fill your soul with pure, pumpkin-spiced joy.
Fun Fact about me: I don’t actually enjoy Pumpkin Spice all that much, and I never have Pumpkin Spice Lattes, as those are coffee, and we all know I don’t drink that stuff; however, I see a lot of you do, and so does my partner. She’s low-key obsessed, in fact.

👻 10 Spooky Art Therapy Creations for a Calm Mind & Regulated Nervous System
🕸️ 1. Witchy Watercolour Night Sky
Let your brush wander across the paper with purples, blacks, and deep blues. Add stars, a glowing moon, or a witch silhouette flying by.
Therapeutic benefit: The flowing nature of watercolor encourages emotional release and nervous system regulation. You’ll literally watch your worries bleed into art.
This image was created using Google Gemini AI for this blog and to encourage inspiration.
“The goal with art isn’t to go out and buy everything new. Use what you have! Get Creative!”
👻 2. Textured Ghost Painting
Grab some modelling paste, tissue paper, spackle, or anything that adds texture—and paint your own little textured ghosties on canvas. Play with the paint using your fingers, a palette knife, or even old brushes. My partner and I found this idea on Pinterest and decided to make our own ghost art—it’s both spooky and strangely healing. (While I’ve worked with texture before and absolutely love it, Megan and I haven’t had a chance to create this specific piece yet—but it’s next on our list!)
There’s something about painting with texture that feels both grounding and transcendent—like being out of body while deeply in your body. It’s a form of self-expression that lets your emotions flow through touch and movement rather than words. Also, fun tip: If your love language is physical touch, this can create the sensation of that – creating with the Universe!
Therapeutic benefit: Working with texture helps your body release stored stress, regulate your nervous system through tactile stimulation, and increases dopamine and serotonin by engaging your senses. It’s grounding, present, and pure creative joy.
Just search “Textured Ghost Painting” on Pinterest for more ideas :)

🎭 3. “Mask” Your Mood
Create a “spooky” mask that expresses how you actually feel—ghosted, fiery, witchy, anxious, or calm. Use paint, feathers, or torn paper. I always like the papier-mache look, or in elementary school, I remember making a mask of my own fae using gauze, also known as a plaster strip mask.
Therapeutic benefit: Helps with emotional regulation and expression without words. A safe outlet for your shadow side 👁️.
The mask I made in elementary school was painted orange, with blues and some pinks. It hung in my bedroom for a while, then was tossed in the art pile, now it lives at my mother’s… perhaps we got rid of it? I’m not sure to be honest, however, it was one of the COOLEST experiences possible, to make one of these with a friend, loved one or stranger in art class!
🍁 4. Earth Element Art (Leave No Trace Witchcraft)
Step outside and gather what calls to you—fallen leaves, sticks, stones, petals, bark, pinecones, even a little dirt. Create a witchy landscape or Halloween-inspired scene using only what nature provides—no glue, no tape, no tools. Let your intuition guide you as you arrange your materials into shapes, patterns, or symbolic art forms. (I love doing these on a black piece of paper for that extra POP!)
Maybe your leaves form a crescent moon, your stones outline a cat, or your twigs shape a tiny haunted forest. When you’re done, snap a photo to honour your creation, then let the wind, rain, or time take it away—returning it gently back to the Earth.
This is creation as ceremony. It’s impermanent, grounding, and deeply connected to the elements around you.
Therapeutic benefit: Working directly with the earth promotes nervous system regulation through grounding and sensory connection. The natural textures and organic flow of materials support presence, peace, and serotonin release. It’s mindfulness disguised as magic—and it’s free.
Just search “Art with nature elements and materials only” on Pinterest for more ideas :)
Artist: Sister Golden, for both the skeleton and witch made from natural materials, originally found on Pinterest
🦇 5. Bat Wing Gratitude Garland
Cut out bat shapes and write one thing you’re grateful for on each wing. String them together into a garland for your wall or altar.
Therapeutic benefit: Boosts serotonin and oxytocin through gratitude and creativity. Also—it looks cute as hell.
Fun Tip: Write your gratitude and affirmations with gold or silver marker to give it that extra flair and make it a family activity or a craft with your partner, that way you can infuse your home with the energy of gratitude, benefiting all. These are my absolute fave gold and silver markers, including acrylic and oil-based paint markers… get ‘em here for you halloween and holiday crafts.
💀 6. Skull of Self-Love
Draw or paint a sugar skull that represents parts of yourself you’ve buried or forgotten. Fill it with affirmations, bright colours, and words of power.
Therapeutic benefit: Combines inner healing, identity integration, and dopamine activation. Shadow work meets sugar skull.
This art therapy exercise allows you to open up forgotten layers of self, maybe the self you’ve masked all this time. It’s a helpful creativity activity to unlock your purpose, connect with your inner child and allow you to experience the passions you once had (but forgot about).
This list features my fave fantastic (and affordable) art supplies for both adults and children. You can also find my fave arts and crafts supplies for Halloween crafts and art therapy activities (like these ones), on the same list.
Get creative with this idea! If you can’t find a skull from the dollar store, think outside the box! Check out my Fave Art Supplies for inspo. These don’t have to be exactly as in the picture, let your imagination wander… maybe you decide that little wooden ornament skulls are best for this project for you and your family.
Pssst… I have these blank little wooden skull ornaments, and they’re so stinkin’ cute!! Check them out here.

This isn’t a sale. It’s an energetic exchange designed to support those who are ready to rise but need a little cosmic boost to get there.
Limited to only 3 spots, because energetic alignment matters — and this is a sacred investment, from me to you.
🔮 7. Create a “Patronus” Spirit Animal Bookmark
Draw or paint your favourite spooky creature—wolf, raven, cat, or owl—on cardstock and turn it into a bookmark. My favourite is adding sparkles and glitter! Pro Tip: I like laminating my bookmarks and adding a handmade tassell or some spooky beads on the end.
Therapeutic benefit: Taps into imagination, connection, and mindfulness, while encouraging focus and presence (hello, ADHD joy).
I like utilizing recycled carboard and materials as much as possible in my art projects. Go diving in your recycling bin at home (or the neighbours if you dare) and find a piece of carboard that sticks out to you. Have old yarn or string laying around? Turn it into a Tassel!
“Art is meditation. For the mind that wanders, ruminates and stays up at night... art is the solution. Art is therapy.”
🧙♀️ 8. Tiny Altar of Joy
Use found objects—acorns, dried flowers, leaves, stones, candles—to make a tiny altar or shadow box that represents peace and joy. You can even make this a “travelling” altar by using an old eyeglasses case or a small box.
Therapeutic benefit: Regulates your nervous system through grounding and tactile connection. Plus, it’s hella cute and witchy.
I love adding rose petals and whatever else I can find in my witchy cabinet. Bay leaf is for manifesting wealth and good luck - that’s always fun! My fave is incorporating incense or herbal resin so I can burn it all in my cauldron afterwards.
🕯️ 9. Mood Potion Painting
Assign colours to emotions (red = anger, blue = peace, gold = joy, etc.) and mix them together intuitively on canvas or paper. No plan, no pressure.
Therapeutic benefit: Releases emotional buildup and activates dopamine and serotonin through sensory flow.
I love working with textured art and paintings, so for myself personally, what speaks to me is doing this as a textured painting; however, I could also see (and feel intuitively) how this would be a fantastic watercolour exercise/meditation.
Sometimes seeing your emotions splayed out brings a sense of understanding, clarity and a love for that emotion, or at the very least an acceptance that hadn’t arrived until now. This is one of my favourite activities. In the past I have created these paintings using textured paints, markers, through decoupage art or even digital painting through one of my favourite apps: Procreate. You can learn more about the tools I use here.
🎃 10. Paint Your Inner Monster… We all have one 😛
Draw or paint your “inner chaos gremlin.” Make them weird, funny, dramatic—whatever feels right. Then name them.
Therapeutic benefit: Encourages emotional awareness, self-acceptance, and a sprinkle of humour. Because sometimes your anxiety just needs a silly name and googly eyes.
This one time, I painted what anger felt like and looked like to me by focusing in on the feeling, and painting it while moving through anger. I also doodled a little ADHD “monster”, he’s hot pink and so cute!
Sometimes seeing our own emotions painted as gremlins or monsters humanizes them, allowing us to feel and find acceptance… eventually loving the monster within. And other times it makes us look at things differently… recognizing we no longer want to be held by said monster. When that time comes for you, Join The STARDUST Container and claim your power.
We have a grant happening right now. If you’d like to be considered, complete the STARDUST Grant Application, and may the odds be ever in your favour.

From Pressure to Flow: Unlocking Your True Potential
Feeling stuck under pressure? Discover how to transition from force to flow, release limiting beliefs, and unlock your authentic power: key insights and actionable steps from a high-level coaching session.
5-8 minute read
by: Sunny Voitsekhovsky
Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you push, the results just don’t show up? Like you’re sprinting toward a finish line that keeps moving farther away?
You’re not alone—and the truth is, the struggle isn’t about working harder. It’s about how you show up for yourself and whether you’re living in flow or under pressure.
In this high-level coaching session, we dive deep into why we put pressure on ourselves, how our nervous system reacts, and how to step into a state of ease and authenticity that actually yields results.
If you’re more of a video girly, you can watch the full high-level coaching class below after reading this blog.
Step inside a 60-minute high-level coaching class exploring what happens when you put pressure on yourself—and how it impacts your nervous system. Originally part of the esteemed Emerging You program, this transformative session now lives within The STARDUST Container.
Understanding the Pressure
Pressure. It sneaks in quietly, often disguised as ambition or drive. But what I’ve noticed—and what I shared with my students (when I was coaching within the highly esteemed Emerging You program)—is that pressure doesn’t accelerate results. In fact, it often slows us down. We convince ourselves that if we rush, control every step, or push harder, we’ll get what we want faster. But the reality? The results still arrive on their own timeline, and pressure only makes the journey more stressful.
During our class, I guided participants through a meditation to connect with their deepest center—the point of authenticity where confidence and comfort coexist. Placing a hand on the heart, breathing slowly in and out, and feeling the vibrational frequencies of our being, we reminded ourselves that limitations are often in the mind and they can be released.
Pressure doesn’t make diamonds here—authenticity does.
If you’re craving more moments like this class, you’ll love the STARDUST CONTAINER: a self-led vault of meditations, workshops, and high-level coaching sessions to keep you grounded and growing.
The STARDUST Container is where your nervous system feels nourished and your brain feels rewarded.
Flow vs. Force
Flow isn’t about laziness—it’s a state of aligned action. It’s moving with your natural rhythm, trusting that life is unfolding as it should. In flow, actions feel inspired, results come without struggle, and energy flows through passion rather than pressure.
I shared from personal experience: the more I tried to force outcomes, the less satisfied and effective I felt. But when I let go, trusted the process, and embraced flow, everything aligned more naturally.
Some takeaways from this session:
Pressure is rooted in fear and control.
Flow is rooted in trust and alignment.
Passion creates powerful energy that attracts results effortlessly.
“Life is a series of natural and spontaneous changes. Don’t resist them; that only creates sorrow.”
Releasing False Beliefs
We all carry coping mechanisms—habits or tools that we developed to survive or feel safe—but some of them limit our potential. Maybe you’ve felt unworthy, like success isn’t meant for you, or that your creativity isn’t enough. These beliefs often stem from childhood experiences, past failures, or even messages from authority figures.
In class, we explored how spiritual experiences, dreams, and even synchronicities can guide us to release these false beliefs and embrace our authentic potential. Whether it’s journaling, connecting with angel cards, or simply reflecting on what you love, these practices help uncover what truly energizes you.
Actionable Insight:
Daily Centering: Place your hand on your heart and breathe deeply—four counts in, eight counts out. Do this for a few minutes each morning to center yourself.
Identify Pressure Triggers: Notice where in your life you push unnecessarily. Ask yourself, “Am I operating from fear or love?”
Embrace Flow: Take inspired action in alignment with your passions. Trust that the results will follow.
Journaling Practice: Write down what you love and what you want to experience. Break it down into weekly or monthly intentions to track your growth.
Recognize False Beliefs: Notice thoughts or habits that limit you. Ask, “Is this true? Does this serve me?” Then consciously release them.
If you’re tired of hustling your way into burnout...

Blanket Burrito CEO: Running Life & Biz on Your Period (Like A Pro)
Running your business while on your period doesn’t have to feel like pushing through quicksand. By honouring your cycle and planning ahead, you can turn your period into a time of creativity, alignment, and flow. Here’s how to streamline both your business and your life so you thrive—blanket burrito and all.
3-5 minute read
by: Sunny Voitsekhovsky
So last time, we talked about the Period Saddies—the blanket burrito moods, the cravings, and the “I just want to disappear into a rom-com” kind of vibes. And if you haven’t yet, you can peep my go-to snack list here.
👉 Stay tuned, because today we’re diving into something even juicier: cycle syncing and how to actually run your business (and your life) in flow with your period.
Honouring Your Ebb & Flow
Here’s the truth… A truth that took me “way too long” to learn… You don’t have to push yourself into hustle mode when your body is literally saying, “babe, we’re bleeding, let’s chill.” Instead, you can work with your cycle, not against it. That means knowing what you’re like during your period and planning ahead.
Aligned Essentials for Human Design Projectors: Rest & Reset During Your Period
I’ve rounded up my favourite products that make life (and business) feel way more effortless and aligned. From cozy tools for rest to project-friendly essentials, check out my curated list here.
Let’s get into the tips!
👉 Tip #1: Prep Like a Pro
If you know you get sluggish, “lazy,” or want to live your best burrito life, plan for it.
Cook your favourite meals ahead of time.
Chop veggies and freeze them for easy soups.
Batch create your social media, YouTube, or blog content before your period starts.
Schedule lighter tasks that feel cozy and fulfilling—like art, design, or journaling.
Ask yourself:
👉 What am I like during my period?
For example, I know I don’t feel like talking to a lot of people. I’d rather skip sales calls and lean into behind-the-scenes things that feel creative and grounding—like painting, submitting art to galleries, or writing blogs like this.
“Anything you can do online can be done from bed.”
Why leave your blanket burrito? Anything online can happen from here.
Tip #2: Schedule Your Social (or Anti-Social) Life
Do you want to host a party while cramping? Probably not. Don’t set yourself up for burnout. If you know you’re more introverted during your period, skip big social events and honour your need for inward time. Maybe that looks like:
Connecting with one or two close friends
Spending time in nature
Crafting or creating quietly with loved ones
Or even full-on “I’m a loner this week, thanks bye.”
Give yourself permission to design your business and life around your real energy—not what you “should” be doing… Cause let’s be real… that’s performative… keep that in theatre class.
Be extra when you wanna be.
Tip #3: Feed Your Body What It Needs
Yes, the cravings are real (hello dark chocolate 👋), but balancing those out with healthy fats and nourishing meals can help stabilize your mood and energy. Think of it as fueling your creativity and giving your body love, not punishment. I like to have a lot of seeds and proteins during this time to help with the cravings, so I’m not eating a Costco-sized bag of chips, ice cream, popcorn and everything in between.
Tip #4: Honour Rest as Productive
Your period is a natural inward cycle. Rest is not laziness—it’s part of the flow. When you give yourself permission to slow down, you actually come back stronger in the next phase of your cycle.
I find myself VERY creative during this time, and I love jotting down ideas, brainstorming, journaling, doodling and allowing. Check out my ALL TIME favourite journals here: They allow you to draw, doodle, write, paint, collage, journal, take notes, brainstorm and so much more!
You can do anything you dream of, you can attract anything that has a true desire… but you don’t have to do it all on your period, that’s burnout sweetie. Use this time to relax, connect, eat some snacks and keep things productive behind-the-scenes.
💫 Your Cycle is a Superpower
The more you plan ahead, the more your period becomes less of an obstacle and more of a natural rhythm in your business and life. Imagine syncing your launches, creative projects, and even your social energy with the cycles of your body. That’s true alignment.
Get out of your head, and into your body!
With my fave ways to rest, brainstorm and get creative from your blanket burrito!
