Sunny was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 32 in March of 2024, however, she has previously identified as self-diagnosed (after many trials, free assessments and behind-closed-door HUSH conversations with her therapists).

In 2021, Sunny noticed that Mindset had transformed the way she thought about herself and the way she thought periodt. Which intern transformed how she experienced ADHD.
