This is a great option for new businesses to take some tasks off their plate, like social media posting and post design, admin (including organizing emails, customer support, and professional email replies), and automation setup. Automation is a fancy term for using technology to do things for you that you currently do manually. No, this isn’t AI magic–automation has been around for years. For example, if you have an email list but no workflows (which is another fancy word for how your subscribers experience your emails), you may be losing readers, shoppers and fans before they they recieve their second email from you. Automation can be blog posting (our team is happy to handle the writing for you), it can be a funky word, like “BLOOP,” that others comment on your social media posts to instantly gain access to an e-book, a freebie, a class, an event, a product or a service (we do this using ManyChat), OR automation can look like sending emails, documents and files automatically to clients when they sign up for your service, offering, event, course or masterclass.

Your monthly retainer includes a set number of VA hours for behind-the-scenes support — things like research, design, content creation, automation, and administrative help. It also includes one monthly strategy session unless otherwise noted in your plan.

Once payment is confirmed, your VA will send you a calendar link so you can schedule your session at your convenience.

If a strategy/coaching session runs longer than scheduled (for example, 90–120 minutes), the extra time will count toward your remaining strategy session(s) balance.
Most sessions with our strategists are 60 minutes.
Sessions with Sunny typically run 45–50 minutes, though they may occasionally go up to 60 minutes — and there’s no additional charge for that extra time.Our goal is always to guide, support, and ensure your business success — not to nickel-and-dime you. 💛
